The Housekeeping Team Lead works with management staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Housekeeping department. The Team Lead is responsible for the activities performed by employees on a specified shift. - Makes certain that the policies and procedures to ensure hotel rooms, hallways, and other facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, orderly, and secure condition are followed. - Helps to coordinate housekeeping personnel, communications, projects and daily activities to meet hotel needs and ensure smooth and efficient activities.
Qualifications: - Minimum one (1) year supervisory experience in a hotel/resort housekeeping environment. - Experience in the selection, training and supervision of housekeeping staff preferred. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to effectively interact with customers and staff in a professional manner. - Excellent organizational, time management, analytical and computer skills.
